About the Activities Aide Position:
The primary purpose of the Activities Aide position is to assist the Activities Supervisor and Personal Care Administrator with planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the department. This will be accomplished in accordance with all applicable and current guidelines and regulations and as may be directed by management to assure that an ongoing program of activities is designed to meet each resident's interests and physical, mental, and psychosocial needs.
