RideNow Powersports is seeking a highly-organized and dependable individual with strong communication skills and at least 3 years of strong A/P, GL dealership experience to join our team as our Accounting Manager! This is a wonderful environment and can be a long-term ‘home' for the right candidate. You will receive several weeks of training. RideNow Powersports is an entity within the RumbleOn national powersports dealership network, with over 60 stores across the country!

Responsibilities:
- Daily posting of bank transactions
- Sales deal billing; loading inventory into EVO
- Process daily OEM dealer transfers
- Enter A/P invoices and process vendor checks
- F&I products/warranty cancellations
- Weekly intercompany reconciliations between stores
- Month-end closing process
- General Ledger reconciliations, assist with month-end close
- Comply with all company safety programs, rules, regulations, procedures, and instructions that are applicable to his/her own actions and conduct
- Vehicle Title processing
- Minimum of 4 years A/R A/P Experience
- Minimum 3 years automotive dealership experience
- Dealership Office Management/Accounting experience strongly desired
- Vehicle Title work experience is strongly desired
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under limited supervision
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work additional hours as needed mid-month and month-end to complete payroll and month-end close
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a can-do attitude!
