Main Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive case management services to students in need, including coordinating preventive education programs.
- Support the overall wellness of the student body, promoting a safe and healthy campus environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Higher Education, Student Affairs, or a related field preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in case management, counseling, or student affairs.
- Demonstrated strong effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of students, faculty, and staff.
- Demonstrated excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google, and case management software (Maxient - preferred).
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in crisis intervention and preventive education.
