The Ridge Athletic Club is looking for a Morning Lead for Ridge Kids Child Care. Along with having the ability to lead a team to provide a safe, clean, and fun environment for children, the Ridge Kids Child Care Lead will report to the Ridge Kids Director to ensure that the Ridge mission; "To recognize the unique desires of individuals and help them lead better lives" is maintained.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring the team is greeting parents and children with kindness. Must be outgoing
• Assisting with and training the team to use the computer to check children in and out
• Orchestrating and overseeing regular cleaning, including slides and tunnels
• Being an active member of the team and being on the Ridge Kids schedule
• Able to handle children effectively with kindness in a very active setting and to coach others to do the same
• Able to take initiative and see what needs to be done.
• Ensure that all records are maintained for member visits
  
  
  

Role

A Ridge Kids Lead needs to be an extraordinary team player, outgoing, and willing to jump in and handle even the messiest of situations. We see a high volume of children and their parents, and we want to show them kindness from the moment they walk in to the moment they walk out the door with their most precious possessions; their children.

Weekly hours vary based upon need, the Morning Lead will primarily be needed to open from 745am to 12pm, but may include occasional afternoons and weekends. We are open Monday-Thursday 800AM--700PM, Friday 800AM-300PM and Saturday 800AM-1200PM. We also host birthday parties on Saturdays and Sundays from 11AM-6PM.

Pay Rate: $16 per hour starting
