Ridgeline is seeking a Sales Operations & Strategy Manager to lead and evolve our Sales Operations function. In this role, you will manage a team responsible for strategic initiatives, process optimization, and analytics that enhance sales effectiveness. You will work closely with senior sales leaders to design and implement scalable sales processes, provide actionable insights, and oversee sales technology systems such as Tableau, Salesforce, and AI-driven analytics. Your leadership will directly impact Ridgeline's go-to-market success, ensuring that our industry-leading cloud platform reaches the right customers with maximum efficiency.

What will you do?
- Lead and develop a high-performing Sales Operations team, providing mentorship, coaching, and career development opportunities
- Partner with sales leadership to design and execute strategies that optimize sales performance and align with company objectives
- Define and implement sales processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and quota-setting
- Leverage AI-powered analytics tools to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and drive data-informed decision-making
- Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports that track key sales performance metrics
- Manage CRM optimization and sales system implementations to ensure operational efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Product, to align business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Lead strategic initiatives such as market expansion, pricing strategies, and new product launches
- Ensure smooth onboarding and enablement for new sales team members by establishing structured training and support programs
- Foster a data-driven culture by promoting best practices in sales analytics, reporting, and performance measurement

Compensation and Benefits
The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at and On-Target Earnings of $219,000 to $254,000 OTE. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
