Ridge Road Family Dentistry in Parma, OH is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time . We are looking for a dedicated, professional individual with experience in scheduling, insurance claims processing, and treatment planning. THE INS AND OUTS OF THE ROLE
As the Patient Coordinator, your responsibilities will include managing the daily patient schedule, confirming appointments, and ensuring smooth patient flow. In this administrative position, you will assist with treatment planning, provide accurate insurance claim processing, and ensure patient records are up-to-date using Eaglesoft software. In addition to your administrative duties, you will communicate with patients to address their concerns, guide them through treatment options, and provide exceptional service from their first contact to the completion of their visit.
The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered :
- 2 years of experience in a dental office setting
