The Painter will follow standard guidelines to ensure a clean, safe, and attractive living and working environment for our residents and facility.

General Responsibilities:

  • Prepares surface to be painted or papered
  • Measures for wallpaper quantities
  • Measures for paint quantities
  • Assist in selection of supplies as needed
  • Clean up work area
  • Perform miscellaneous minor repairs
  • Sand rough surfaces of wood and wallboard
  • Assists in moving furniture and lifting heavy objects
  • Complete all duties according to department standards
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Hours of work Monday thru Friday, Day Shift, 32-40 Hours.
