The General Accountabilities of a Sales Associate at Ridgeline Construction Roofing & Exteriors may include the following:
- Generating Leads and cultivating new business opportunities through various methods such as cold calling, networking and follow-up with leads given.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service. Promptly resolving any customer concerns.
- Presenting the features and benefits of Ridgeline Construction Roofing & Exteriors' products and services to potential customers.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Keeping accurate records of sales progress, customer information and other relevant data.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional and advertising strategies.
- Participate in on-going training and professional development to stay up to date on industry trends.
- Providing input and suggestions to improve Ridgeline Construction Roofing & Exteriors' brand standards at all times.
- Representing Ridgeline Construction Roofing & Exteriors in a positive light and contributing to a team-oriented work environment.
