What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lifestyle Associate position at Ridgemere by Abby Senior Living?
Ridgemere by Abby Senior Living, Conway's premier senior living community, is seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for working with our residents in our independent living, assisted living and memory care community in planning and coordinating their engagement in planned activities that promote their physical, social and psychology well-being. In conjunction with the Lifestyle Coordinator, will assist in developing a comprehensive monthly calendar of events for the community and will work collaboratively with each department director in program development. Provides socialization opportunities, fitness and wellness activities, education programs, as well as spiritual life support based on resident’s needs and preferences. Individuals with previous experience in activities in a senior living setting are encouraged to apply. The schedule for this position is Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record as you will be driving the community van.
Candidates should possess at least one year related experience and a valid driver’s license. We offer a competitive compensation package, including health benefits and paid time off.
