Ridgetop Dental is seeking an experienced and dynamic Dental Office Manager to guide and develop our team while maintaining a positive and productive office culture. As a Dental Office Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency of operations, fostering a thriving work environment, and aligning the team with our company’s vision and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Development:
- Supervise, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to employees to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a culture that encourages open communication, collaboration, and innovation.
- Develop and implement training plans to support employee growth and career development.
Operational Excellence:
- Prepare and present accurate weekly and monthly reports, as well as quarterly updates, on key performance indicators, production numbers, and other relevant statistics to the executive team.
- Lead monthly and quarterly meetings to align team goals with organizational objectives.
- Ensure adherence to legal rules, guidelines, and company policies.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with upper management to set and achieve strategic goals for the organization.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret external and internal data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Assess overall company performance against objectives and implement strategies to address challenges.
Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with patients to ensure a positive and personalized experience throughout their care journey.
- Actively engage with the local community to promote the practice's mission, build credibility, and establish meaningful partnerships through events, outreach programs, and networking opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as a Dental Office Manager or similar leadership role.
- Leadership Excellence: Strong organizational and leadership abilities with a focus on team building and culture development.
- Analytical Expertise: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to guide business decisions.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to diverse audiences.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
