We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dental Sterilization Tech/ Office Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Proper sterilization of dental operatories and instrument sterilization.
- Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
- Preparing treatment rooms.
- Assist with patient intake, including collecting medical history and vital signs.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments while managing the office calendar.
- Ensure treatment rooms and office are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Preparation of the day and end of day procedures
- Maintain patient records in compliance with privacy regulations and office protocols.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as answering phones, processing payments, and managing correspondence.
Requirements
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to dentistry or can be training
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Previous experience in the dental field or in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
