Your Work Matters How will you make a difference?
The Outpatient Care Coordinator of Outpatient Services provides all the front-line services of the outpatient program offered at the facility, ensuring the program meets the community's needs and the facility’s performance goals and objectives. Responsibilities include the overall administrative processes and treatment team support systems for all outpatient services offered at the facility, promotion and maintenance of a therapeutic environment, facilitating orientation, admission, and discharge of patients promptly, daily updates of the program census, and other duties related to maintaining the quality of the program.
Core responsibilities include routine screening for high-risk patients, daily urinalysis administration, and wellness calls for patients with unplanned absences.
Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred certification in Certified Addiction and Drug Counseling.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years experience in the psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years experience in direct patient care.
License: N/A
Additional Requirements: A strong knowledge of The Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA regulations, patient rights standards, and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities.

Compensation:
This is a Full-Time, non-exempt role, and the expected compensation range is $15.00 to $20.00/hour, according to years of experience and education.
