Ridgeway Post Acute is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to lead our dining services team! Position: Certified Dietary Manager
Location: Ridgeway Post Acute
Pay: $25 - $27 per hour, based on experience
Sign-on Bonus: $2,000
Full-time/Part-time: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of dietary services, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Supervise and train kitchen staff while promoting a positive and team-oriented environment
- Plan and develop menus that meet the nutritional needs of residents
- Monitor food preparation and ensure quality control
- Maintain accurate records of dietary practices and inventory management
- Work closely with healthcare team members to ensure the dietary needs of each resident are met

Qualifications:
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification required
