Who We’re Looking For:
- A multitasking wizard with phone skills sharper than a samurai sword.
- A people-person who can greet guests like they just won the lottery.
- A master of organization who keeps things running smoother than a freshly Zambonied ice rink.
- Experience in Long Term Care a PLUS!
- Answering calls like a customer service champion (yes, even that one).
- Directing guests with the grace of a GPS that actually gets it right.
- Handling mail like a postal ninja (no capes required, but encouraged).
- Keeping the front desk looking fresh, fabulous, and free of chaos.
- Knowing when to page people, and when to just pretend they’re “in a meeting.”
- High school diploma (or equivalent wizardry).
- One year of customer service experience (aka, experience dealing with the general public).
- Phone & Computer skills
- Lots and lots of SMILING
- Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm
- Expect to interact with guests, visitors, and staff—some cheerful, some… less so.
- Occasionally, you may lift things. Mostly, you’ll lift spirits.
