Sales Account Manager

You will be responsible for seeking out new multifamily construction customers, coordinating and delivering quotes, following up and closing sales, coordinating with engineering and operations to ensure the customer requirements are met, and acting as the liaison for customer post sale on any needs or concerns. As Sales Account Manager you will play a vital role in ensuring the continued growth of our sales and nurturing key customers for future sales.

· Seek out multifamily construction projects and secure opportunities to bid the trusses and other building materials.

· Work with internal teams to ensure accurate bids are submitted in a timely manner.

· Work with Owners, Contractors, and Framers to ensure they buy trusses from us.

· Communicate regularly with customers to lead communications with other internal teams and coordinate all post sale needs to include but not limited to engineering requirements, RFIs, deliveries, post delivery concerns, repairs, future work.

· Stay current on trends in multi-family construction.

· Stay current on trends in truss manufacturing and installation.

· Visit customers, jobsites, and potential customers on a regular basis.

Requirements

Desire Experience in multi-family construction

Desire Experience selling in construction field

Desire Knowledgeable in all aspects of wood framing

Desire Ability to read and understand blueprints

Desire Ability to do take offs on construction materials

Strong computer skills

Up to 10% travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
