- Manage inquiries, process data entries, and maintain accurate records
- Prepare and edit written correspondence and reports using Microsoft Office
- Screen telephone calls and visitors, and route them to the appropriate staff
- Maintain office records and manage filing systems
- Assist in developing training aids and providing hands-on training to office members
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Access, and Excel
- Strong knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Familiarity with Air Force terminology is preferred
