Stewart, GA for attending training, conducting training, delivering briefings, observing field operations, and attending conferences are required and reimbursable with COR approval.

Job Title: ID Card Services Support
Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm EST
Key Responsibilities:
- ID Card Issuance: Perform all tasks related to ID card and Common Access Card (CAC) issuance, including researching and reviewing source documents, verifying eligibility, and discussing entitlements.
- Team Supervision: Supervise an office of 1 to 3 employees, ensuring all personnel adhere to established procedures and meet performance standards.
- Inventory Management: Conduct weekly accountability checks for CAC-related stock items, including cardstock and printer consumables.
- Memorandum of Authorization Issuance: Issue memorandums of authorization for DoD installation Commissary and Exchange privileges to eligible customers.
- RAPIDS Configuration: Access and update RAPIDS configuration utilities as needed, ensuring system settings remain accurate and functional.
- RAPIDS System Audits: Review RAPIDS system audit trails weekly and investigate security violations in coordination with the Security Manager.
- Early TRICARE Eligibility Verification: Verify Early TRICARE eligibility for mobilizing service members.
- Medicare Part B Data Entry: Input Medicare Part B data into the system for eligible personnel.
- Customer Service: Field and resolve customer complaints related to ID card services.
- Data Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve system data discrepancies.
- Reporting: Generate and submit reports for the G1, including ID card issuance statistics and stock usage trends.
- College Student Status Verification: Verify college student status and enrollment for dependents requesting ID cards.
- DEERS/RAPIDS Liaison: Serve as the state’s liaison for DEERS/RAPIDS-related matters with the National Guard Bureau Project Office.
- RAPIDS Workstation Security: Ensure the security of DEERS/RAPIDS workstations, maintaining 100% compliance with DoD security protocols.
- RAPIDS User Management: Maintain the state roster of RAPIDS users, including adding roles and updating access privileges.
- DEERS/RAPIDS Security Actions: Request, delete, and update DEERS logon IDs and security privileges.
- Security Violation Reporting: Deactivate and report security violators within 1 business day of detection.
- SSM Reporting: Report State Security Manager (SSM) changes to DEERS security immediately upon identification.
- Site Information Maintenance: Maintain current site information, including site name, location, phone numbers, and mailing address.
- DEERS/RAPIDS Data Processing: Register, process, and maintain DEERS and RAPIDS data in accordance with Verifying Official responsibilities.
- RAPIDS Workstation Maintenance: Perform routine operator maintenance on RAPIDS workstations and printers.
- Data Security: Ensure maximum protection against compromise or theft of sensitive information stored in RAPIDS.
- Security Training: Implement training and awareness programs for RAPIDS security, incorporating these into state security training programs.
- Incident Reporting: Report information system security incidents for RAPIDS immediately upon discovery.
- Incident Reporting to ID Card Administration Project Management Office: Submit incident reports to the Identification Card Administration Project Management Office within 1 business day of occurrence.
- Unauthorized Access Reporting: Report any unauthorized access attempts, system failures, or suspected defects that could lead to disclosure of sensitive DoD information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology) or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of DoD ID card policies, procedures, and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems
- Experience with customer service and problem resolution
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
