Regulatory & Compliance Specialist
RCT Regulatory is a business and sales support process to ensure that company practices and policies comply with laws, regulations and guidelines relevant to the chemical industry and site certifications.
The RCT regulatory team is responsible for maintaining the quality management program (aligned to the ACD codes), the FSMA / FDA program, and customer documentation requests among other responsibilities.
The Regulatory and Compliance specialist will support the regulatory and compliance manager as well as other cross functional teams as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Identifying and monitoring the laws and regulations that apply to RCT
- Assist with the development of training materials and conduct training when necessary.
- Work with Manager and other corporate leadership personnel to refine and support current regulatory strategies and / or design new ones based on internal business goals and prevailing external regulatory influences.
- Support and development of master dossiers for a series of products and RCT distribution.
- Assist with qualification and validation protocols.
- Provide regulatory support to customers (document requests and technical support)
- Maintain and support SDS compliance and Chemtrec uploads.
- Active participation and support in RCT certifications (Organic, RSPO, ACD, Ecovadis, etc…)
- Monitor and maintain NCR system and documentation. Drive NCRs to completion and support full root cause initiatives.
