Riggs Washington DC sits on the iconic downtown corner of Penn Quarter’s 9th and F Street in a historic building once home to Riggs National Bank. Each of the Hotel’s 181 guest rooms offers a playful nod to the building’s legacy. Design Your Career is Lore Groups Graduate Management Development Program, offering you as a Hospitality Graduate the opportunity to kick start your career in Food and Beverage or Rooms Division, and fast track your experience to nurture you into one of our group’s future leaders. On Design your Career, you will gain in-depth learning, and hands on experience across a range of operational departments, within different properties and even multiple countries. The program runs for 12 months each year from September to August, beginning with two line level rotations for 6 months in one property, followed by two supervisory rotations for 6 months in the second hotel within the region. Throughout your Management Development Program, we will develop your supervisory and management skills through a strategic learning plan and increasing operational responsibility as you progress.
