As a Document Control and Compliance Administrator, you will support Operations Leadership by assuring compliance and coordinating bids, contracts and approvals for customers and subcontractors within the company CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and subcontractor compliance systems. This position will ensure that all documents are reviewed and in compliance with our delegation of authority systems.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the Bid Process for RFP’s
- Compile bid requirements and documentation
- Contract and subcontract document management and control
- Upload, maintain, and track requirements for opportunities, bids and contracts in our CRM system
- Be the liaison between corporate Project Controls, Legal, Accounting, Business Development, and Operations
- Perform other duties as required
Education, Skills, Experience Needed:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge of the Microsoft office suite
- Great communication and organizational skills
- 2 – 3 years of administrative experience working in an office environment
