Responsibilities :
Provide compassionate, personalized care for clients, including those with Parkinson's, dementia, hospice, and other skilled care needs.
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Monitor and report changes in client health and behavior.
Administer medication and perform basic medical tasks as directed by the care plan.
Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
Qualifications :
Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Virginia.
Proven experience as a CNA , particularly with Parkinson's, dementia, hospice, or other skilled care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide empathetic care and build trust with clients.
Ability to handle physical demands of caregiving, including lifting and assisting clients.
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
