Your Role : As the Business Development & Sales Leader , you will represent Right at Home, building meaningful connections with referral sources and driving business growth. Your main objective will be to increase market share and create strong referral-based partnerships that make a real impact on the lives of seniors and their families.
Key Responsibilities :
Relationship Building : Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, physicians, and community organizations to promote Right at Home’s services.
Market Expansion : Grow care hours and referral base, establishing Right at Home as the premier home care provider in the area.
Sales Strategy : Plan and execute weekly sales activities, track progress using CRM tools, and refine strategies for optimal results.
Goal Achievement : Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through effective relationship-building and closing deals.
Brand Representation : Professionally represent Right at Home at community events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
Team Collaboration : Partner with internal teams to ensure sales strategies align with operational goals and client needs.
What We’re Looking For :
Proven Sales Success : Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales goals, ideally within healthcare, home care, or senior services.
Self-Motivation : A proactive self-starter who excels at prioritizing tasks for maximum impact.
Goal-Oriented : Strong desire to achieve targets and drive business growth.
Community Engagement : Excellent relationship-building skills and a passion for connecting with local professionals and organizations.

Experience : Minimum of 2 years in business or sales roles preferred; healthcare experience is a plus.
