The Branch Manager is responsible for all day to day operations while leading high performing team members to successfully achieve their professional goals, while contributing to Right at Home’s overall business goals.
- Plays the integral role in helping Right at Home improve the lives of as many people as possible in our community.
- Responsible for all local territories day-to-day operations.
- Assures the office is profitable, compliant and valuable to the local community.
- Plans and implements the annual budget, plans, oversees client and employee satisfaction, and guides the sales and marketing plan.
- The ideal candidate has a successful leadership and sales track record and has prior experience working in the home care or healthcare industries.
The desired candidate will possess the following:
- 4 year degree and a minimum of two years of experience.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
- Available as required for on-call duties outside of normal office hours.
- Ability to multitask in a high performing fast paced office environment.
