Position Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, leading and developing team members, and ensuring the branch achieves its professional and business objectives. This role plays an integral part in improving the lives of people within our community, while maintaining a profitable, compliant, and valuable branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the local territory.
- Ensure the branch's profitability and compliance with all regulations.
- Develop and manage the annual budget, sales and marketing plan.
- Oversee client and employee satisfaction initiatives.
- Lead and mentor team members to achieve their professional goals.
- Contribute to Right at Home’s overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- 4-year degree required.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record of successful leadership and sales.
- Prior experience in the home care or healthcare industries is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment.
- Availability for on-call duties outside of normal office hours as needed.
- Ability to effectively multitask in a high-performing, fast-paced environment.
