Role Overview:
The Business Relationship Liaison will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community organizations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on networking, has established local contacts, and takes ownership of their work to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, senior communities, and other key referral partners.
Generate and execute strategic plans to increase brand awareness and client referrals.
Represent Right at Home Cleveland West at networking events, community outreach programs, and industry conferences.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
Track and analyze referral trends to optimize business development strategies.
Maintain a strong presence in the community, positioning Right at Home as the preferred home care provider.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, healthcare sales, or relationship management (preferably in home care, senior living, or healthcare).
Established local network within the healthcare or senior care industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping others.
Ability to work independently and own the success of their territory.
Reliable transportation for travel within the community.
Compensation:
Base salary commission structure based on performance and referrals.
