- Mobility Assistance : Help clients with mobility challenges by providing assistance with walking, transfers, and exercises as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Companionship : Engage in friendly conversation, companionship, and recreational activities to promote emotional well-being.
- Light Housekeeping : Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and maintaining a clean and organized living environment.
- Transportation : Accompany clients to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands as needed.
- Monitoring Health Conditions : Observe and report any changes in clients' health conditions to the appropriate healthcare professionals or family members.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided, including daily activities, observations, and any changes in clients' conditions.
