Right at Home is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Part-Time Orientation Assistant to support our onboarding and orientation programs. In this role, you will help new employees transition smoothly by providing guidance, information, and assistance during their initial days with us. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping others.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning and conducting orientation sessions (in-person / virtual).
- Provide new hires with essential information about policies, procedures, and company culture.
- Guide individuals through required paperwork and onboarding tasks.
- Answer questions and offer support to ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintain and update orientation materials and resources.
- Collaborate with HR and training teams to enhance onboarding experiences.
Qualifications :
This is a part-time position working 16-20 hours per week on Tuesday and Wednesday of every week.
