Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide medication reminders
Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Support prescribed range of motion exercises
Offer companionship through activities such as reading, music, and puzzles
Monitor and ensure client safety and well-being
Document and report changes in client health or behavior
What We’re Looking For
Required :
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Ability to travel up to 30–35 minutes within the Jacksonville area
Physical capability to lift / move 50 lbs unassisted
High school diploma or GED preferred
Background check clearance
Proficiency in English (bilingual in Spanish is a plus)
Preferred :
CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification
Work Hours
Flexible shifts : 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
Full-time, part-time, weekdays, weekends – you choose!
