Expect to Make a Difference ,
Caregivers provide quality care to seniors and the disabled by doing the following :
Provide non-medical one-on-one care
Administer personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinence issues)
Provide medication and appointment reminders
Assist with walking and provide stabilization
Provide companionship and conversation
Perform light housekeeping (dusting, vacuuming, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, laundry, etc)
Preparation of meals and clean up meal related items (feeding, if necessary)
Contribute to a positive living environment
Help clients to have an independent and active life
Run errands
Maintain records of client progress and services performed
Report changes in client's condition
