Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership :
Oversee, coach, and develop the Client Care Managers and Client Intake team.
Conduct 1-on-1s, ride-alongs, and shadow client visits to ensure thorough training and consistent performance.
Provide mentorship and performance evaluations for all direct reports.
Client Experience & Quality of Care :
Manage client intake pipeline and ensure timely home assessments are conducted.
Oversee individualized client care plans and make necessary adjustments based on any change in condition.
Continuously monitor client satisfaction by ensuring consistent follow up and reviewing surveys and other KPIs, implementing strategies to enhance retention.
Quality Assurance & Compliance :
Ensure that Care Pros perform caregiving duties within the proper scope of services.
Identify and / or provide any training needs for Client Care Managers and Care Pros.
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, company protocols, and industry best practices.
Coverage & Growth :
Step in for Client Care Managers during scheduled visits and calls when needed.
Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.
Lead hiring efforts and retain additional office staff on the Client Care team.
Qualifications
Active LPN or RN license in Nebraska
Supervisory experience (preferably in home care or healthcare)
Clean driving record and High School Diploma
Positive, outgoing attitude and dedication to exceptional client care
