Your Mission as Our Trailblazing Director of Client Care :

- Be the visionary leader for our Client Care Managers and Client Intake team, ensuring every client interaction is top-notch.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and support through 1-on-1s, client visits, and ride-alongs.
- Share feedback and celebrate wins to help your team thrive!
Revolutionize Client Experiences :
Manage and oversee the client intake pipeline, ensuring seamless and speedy onboarding.Design and adapt personalized care plans to meet evolving needs and exceed expectations.Monitor and enhance client satisfaction with regular surveys, follow-ups, and data-driven improvements.Drive Quality and Excellence :
Ensure Care Pros deliver care that exceeds expectations while staying within their scope of services.Identify training opportunities to keep everyone operating at their best.Stay on top of healthcare regulations and best practices to maintain top-tier standards.Champion Growth and Innovation :
Step in to support Client Care Managers when needed and tackle client concerns with empathy and expertise.Lead hiring efforts to expand and strengthen our team of Care Pros.Be a key player in expanding services and implementing new initiatives to keep pace with our growth.What Makes You the Perfect Fit :
A valid LPN or RN license in Nebraska (You’re a healthcare superstar!).Proven leadership experience—bonus points if it’s in home care or healthcare.A clean driving record and a high school diploma.A passion for creating exceptional client experiences and leading with heart!Perks That’ll Make You Love Your Job Even More :
