Job Summary
The Marketing/ Care Coordinator is responsible for developing and managing client care plans, enhancing the client experience, and maintaining communication with families, caregivers, and referral sources. This role also plays a key part in marketing, building relationships with healthcare providers, attending community events, and increasing brand awareness. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and passionate about providing exceptional client care while growing our business through strategic outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Client Care Coordination
Conduct client and family consultations to develop personalized care plans.
Communicate care plans effectively with clients, families, and caregivers.
Ensure compliance with care plans through supervisory visits and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate client records in WellSky and ensure compliance with regulations.
Handle client and family concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Ensure client-caregiver compatibility for an optimal experience.
Be available for on-call duty as required outside normal office hours.
Marketing & Business Development
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Right at Home’s services.
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, senior communities, and healthcare providers.
Attend networking events, health fairs, and community meetings to increase visibility.
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
Educate clients, families, and referral sources on the power of person-centered care.
Identify and report opportunities to improve the client experience.
Qualifications
✅ Experience: Minimum 1 years of business, healthcare, sales, or marketing experience preferred. ✅ Education: High school diploma or equivalent ✅ Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with clients, caregivers, and referral partners.
Exceptional organization and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, WellSky, and social media platforms.
Knowledge of common medical terminology (preferred). ✅ Other Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment.
Must be compassionate, professional, and enthusiastic.
