Right at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance, is seeking to hire a Personal In Home Care Aide with a flexible schedule to join a dynamic care team providing clinical expertise in-home.

Requirements :
- Must be 18 years of age
- High school degree and / or a G.E.D. certificate
- Meets the requirements for employees providing direct client care
- Read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
- All caregivers must pass an FBI background check
- All caregivers need to provide a negative TB test
- Be comfortable working with male and female clients
- Be able to lift, pull, and push clients up to 30lbs
Responsibilities :
- Assisting with activities of daily living (dressing, eating, bathing, grooming, toileting, transferring)
- Cooking and meal preparation
- Household chores including but not limited to mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, dishes, laundry
- Providing showers, bed baths, or sponge baths
- Providing brief changes or assistance with toileting
- Companionship
- Willing to travel 10 - 15 Miles

Working Environment :
- Primarily works in clients’ place of residence, travel required. Serving the Northwest Orange County area and parts of Seal Beach / Huntington Beach.
- Shift times and days vary with client needs.
Nice to Have’s :
- Home Health Aide (HHA) license is preferred
- 1-3 years of experience as a Caregiver / Home Health Aide in healthcare (in homes or facilities)
- Possess a valid driver’s license and insured automobile (preferred)
