- Lead, Manage, Accountability
- Ensure an extraordinary employment experience for our caregivers.
- Recruiting, Onboarding & Training of caregivers.
- Retention, Performance Management & Recognition
- Regulatory Compliance
- Manage a detailed recruiting and hiring process and coordinate caregiver onboarding across four locations.
- Find meaningful ways to recruit, reward and retain top caregiver talent.
- Supervise a team of remote recruiting coordinators.
- Serve as a member of the company’s leadership team.
- Maintain a ratio of 1.5 caregivers to 1 client for each location.
- Identify new and effective ways to at least 5 great caregivers to join our team in each office each week.
- Achieve a caregiver OSAT score of 9.5/10.
