Right at Home is a locally owned home care business with over 20 years of experience providing caregiving and nursing services to seniors and adults with disabilities throughout King, Pierce, and South Snohomish Counties. A Great Place to Work Certified company, Right at Home is looking for great talent who can work in a fast-paced environment, have exceptional skills in relationship-based sales, are eager to participate in community engagement activities, and are excited by data-driven sales strategies.
The Community Liaison is responsible for building and nurturing referral relationships in the community, with a focus on building a strong network of professionals and organizations that consistently refer clients to Right at Home.
Identify and research potential referral sources amongst target referral groups prioritizing those that will have the greatest potential impact and alignment with Right at Home's services.
Develop and execute on personalized outreach strategies for each type of referral source including visitation schedule.
Conduct in-person meetings to present Right at Home's services and unique value proposition including in-service training sessions.
Implement a regular visitation and engagement schedule and support partners with success stories, updates on services, and industry trends
Attend, sponsor, and participate in relevant industry conferences and direct-to-consumer events.
Track referral data and provide feedback to partners through information managed in the Zoho CRM System.
Set and track performance measurements (KPIs)
Participate in weekly team meetings and collaborate with Client Services to ensure smooth handoff of referrals.
The desired candidate will possess the following :
Bachelor's degree in business or communications with four years of sales experience in healthcare, home care, or a related field.
Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.
Conveys a strong need to win, doesn’t give up, and is energized by developing and meeting annual sales goals.
The ideal candidate has a successful sales track record in increasing market share and has prior experience working in the home care or healthcare industries.
Proficient in Zoho, Teams, Zoom, and MS Office products.
Salary : $68,000-$90,000 (plus commission)
