What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home care Scheduler position at Right at Home Warwick?
The Home care Scheduler is responsible for scheduling the CNA and Caregiver staff to ensure that clients receive the appropriate care and support. They work closely with clients, caregivers, and other team members to create efficient scheduling plans, handle changes and adjustments to schedules, and ensure that all shifts are covered. In- Office hours of M-F 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, social work, or related field, or 2 years' experience preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare or home care setting
- Proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- On call alternating weekdays, weekends, and Holidays
