As a Nursing Assistant at Right At Home, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and professional in-home care to our clients. This position is essential in helping seniors and disabled adults lead healthy, fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs to ensure clients' health and safety.
- Provide catheter care and support for clients with specific medical needs.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care plans.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Experience in dementia care or hospice care preferred.
- Strong understanding of vital signs monitoring and catheter care procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
