Duties and Responsibilities of Employee Experience Coordinator – Home Care:
- Drive growth by increasing caregiver satisfaction, managing hours, and fostering an engaging work environment.
- Training and supporting caregivers.
- Lead orientations to onboard caregivers, promote company values, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Collaborate with recruitment and scheduling teams to align staffing with client needs.
- Train, support, and engage caregivers through ongoing education, events, and recognition programs.
- Ensure compliance with state and industry standards, including safety protocols and documentation.
- Employee Experience Coordinator – Home Care will represent Right at Home at community events such as job fairs.
Qualifications Employee of Experience Coordinator – Home Care:
- College degree or related certificate preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years in an in-home care setting or healthcare related field. Licensed caregiver (CNA/HCA) preferred.
- Employee Experience Coordinator – Home Care must exhibit excellent communication through speaking and writing, be detail-oriented, and have strong organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and scheduling software like WellSky is a plus.
