Night Caregiver Responsibilities :
Assist clients with evening and nighttime personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing).
Support with evening routines like meal preparation, light housekeeping, and preparing for bedtime.
Provide companionship to improve clients' emotional well-being.
Help with mobility and physical support as needed during nighttime hours.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized home environment.
What We're Looking For :
Nighttime availability (including late evenings and overnights).
Compassionate individuals with a genuine desire to improve the lives of others.
Strong communication skills and the ability to form meaningful connections with clients.
Ability to treat seniors with dignity, respect, and a professional, empathetic approach.
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
Ability to pass a background check, DMV check, and drug screening.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
Caregiving experience preferred but not required-we'll train the right person!
Preferred Qualifications :
Six months of caregiving experience in homes or facilities (preferred but not required).
Experience supporting older adults with various care needs.
COVID-19 vaccination.
