Right at Home provides in-home care for seniors and disabled adults. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. The company is located in Palmetto Bay, Florida and will cover the following areas: South Miami, Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay, Homestead, Key West, Key Largo, Marathon, Summerland Key, Tavernier, Big Pine Key & Islamorada, FL.
We are currently looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and bilingual Recruiter,who is responsible for actively sourcing talent into the organization. This position entails making outbound sourcing calls to recruit talent and working to source candidates in a variety of web-based talent portals, conducting phone interviews, scheduling, and assisting the Staffing Coordinator with facilitating the hiring process for candidates that are in the talent pipeline.
Essential Functions
- Answer the telephone, directs calls, and takes messages using good telephone techniques
- Greet and assist everyone who comes into the office in a professional and courteous manner
- Make outbound recruiting calls to effectively source, screen, and attract new caregiver talent into the organization
- Answer inbound referrals and inquiries regarding our employment opportunity and successfully converts inquiries into appointments/interviews
- Interview, screen, and test all applicants
- Participate in running recruiting events/job fairs.
- Maintain documentation of associate work records in software system and ensure current and complete personnel records for all caregiver associates
- Make intro and check-in calls with new caregivers
- Conduct mental check-in calls with caregivers and document the results
- Analyze caregiver and client behavior
- Develop aggressive retention strategies based on caregiver and client feedback
- Propose customer retention solutions
- Negotiate with caregivers to maintain employment and retain business with clients
- Maintain integrity in every interaction with caregivers and clients
- Maintain documentation of associate work records in WellSky and Monday.com to ensure current and complete personnel records for all homecare associates
- Conduct caregiver appreciation calls
- Follow up and loop closure with any issues
- Keep track of the birthdays and anniversaries of caregivers and clients
- Provide superior customer service and quality home care
- Brainstorm ideas, participate in training sessions, and attend all meetings
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
- Complete special projects as assigned
Additional (non-essential) Functions
1. Represent the agency in the community as needed
2. Builds and maintains trusting relationships with all stakeholders.
3. Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Human Resources (HR), Management, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or licensed RN
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Experience working with a homecare agency is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
