Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Learning Coach to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering our dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building activities. You will also model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being, and attention of all children.
Responsibilities
- Organize program materials for lessons and activities, as well as document attendance, incidents, and other observations.
- Deliver our daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building activities.
- Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being, and attention of all children.
- Meet regularly with the Program Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children 5-13 years old in a formal childcare setting.
- College credits in early childhood education, child development, or a related field are preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift 40lbs.
- Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
