Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and secure new vacation rental properties through phone outreach, email, social media, referrals, and in-person meetings.
- Utilize CRM tools and market data to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and optimize performance.
Requirements:
- 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success in business development and closing deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and technology-driven sales strategies.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, with high availability for client calls.
