We’re looking for a passionate and driven Brewery Sales Lead to join our team and help grow our client relationships and own brand market presence across Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Position Summary :
As the Brewery Sales Lead, you’ll cultivate and maintain client relationships within our contract brewing operations and grow our in-house brand portfolio. This role involves actively developing new accounts, managing existing accounts, and overseeing general sales and marketing activities in the field. The position is based in Framingham, MA, but regular travel throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island is required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and nurture new and existing client relationships to expand contract brewing services.
- Actively pursue and develop new accounts for Right Coast Brands’ in-house alcoholic and non-alcoholic product lines.
- Drive account growth by identifying opportunities to increase sales and distribution within the assigned region.
- Execute in-market sales and marketing activities, including product tastings, promotions, and event support.
- Collaborate with the production and brewing teams to stay informed about product availability and upcoming releases.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, trends, and opportunities to support strategic growth.
- Represent Right Coast Brands at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
