Hi! 👋 I’m Zaharo, the Founder of Right Hand Talent. I’m looking for a Recruiting Specialist to join my firm as Employee #3 as we build and scale our Chief of Staff recruiting agency.
About the Role
The Recruiting Specialist at Right Hand Talent is a high-exposure role and you will work side-by-side with our Founder. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include candidate sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment process management. As Recruiting Specialist, your role will be pivotal in driving sourcing and interviewing efficiency at the firm and providing a 5-star candidate experience. This role is focused solely on finding and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process, without the client responsibilities of full-desk recruiting.
What you’ll do:
Candidate Sourcing and Engagement
- Use creative sourcing methods like online platforms, personal referrals, and industry-specific channels to identify top talent
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, focusing on the Chief of Staff role exclusively
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
Recruitment Process Management
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and reference checks.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and placements using internal systems.
- Create reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and successes to evaluate and improve strategies.
Your background and experience (required):
- Undergraduate degree
- 1-3 years of professional work experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Extremely detail-oriented
Additional skills (preferred but not required):
- Experience placing talent at tech startups or venture firms
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and delivering high-quality placements
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including candidate assessment and interview techniques
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
