Anime Warehouse Associate - FT 10am-630pm

Shifts Available:

Full Time: 7am – 3:30pm or 10am - 630pm

Part Time: 4 hour shifts between 7am-630pm

Position Overview

Handle all aspects of physically getting orders to customers. This includes picking the items, packaging, and then shipping the completed order.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Locate and pull customer order items with scanning device
• Ensure quantity and specific items are accurate
• Review customer orders and ensure all items are included
• Understand warehouse layout
• Consistently meet picking metrics
• Navigate Pace Jet device
• Identify proper packaging and shipping method
• Assemble packaging, such as boxes and inserts
• Inspect product for damage when picking for orders and when packaging
• Package items to be shipped safely, ensuring they will arrive in an undamaged condition
• Understand and utilize different methods of shipping that are appropriate for the item and lowest cost for the company
• Expedite items as needed per customer request
• Ship customer orders as indicated on the order
• Use shipping management system to accurately calculate freight costs for dealer orders or other departmental needs
• Maintain work station shipping supplies
• Ensure items are properly packed and labeled
• Assist with periodic (semi-annual and/or annual) company inventory by counting items as listed and noting variances
• Daily cycle counting
• Restocking shelves
• Help keep warehouse area an organized environment
• Operate shrink wrap machine as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualified Candidates will have:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Excellent punctuality and attendance
• Team-oriented attitude
• Basic math skills
• Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not necessary
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.50 per hour
