Job Title: Subcontractor Appliance Repair Technician

Job Overview:
We’re looking for skilled Appliance Repair Technicians to join our growing team as subcontractors in Richmond, VA and surrounding areas, starting in January 2025. RightAway Appliance Repair is one of the highest-priced appliance repair services in the region, meaning the 50-60% compensation per repair will be far above average. This is a unique opportunity to earn top-tier pay and grow with a rapidly expanding business!

Some of the calls will be for customers booking directly, while others will be for contracts with property management companies and apartment complexes, ensuring a steady stream of work.

Requirements:

• 2 Years of Appliance Repair Experience (Required)
• Reliable transportation and tools to perform repairs.
• Must have a truck or van big enough to haul away appliances if needed.
• Ability to source parts for jobs (assistance available from partner retailers).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must have liability insurance or be willing to obtain it.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and repair various household appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and more.
• Source and supply the necessary parts for each repair. The customer will pay for the part directly, but you will be responsible for sourcing the part through our partner retailers or other suppliers. Assistance is available if needed.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality control with our 60-day labor warranty (responsible for warranty service when needed).
• Manage jobs through our technology-driven app, which assigns repairs to your calendar for easy scheduling.
• Stay connected with your dedicated point of contact for support on repairs and questions.
• Provide top-tier customer service with excellent communication and a professional attitude.
• Handle both direct customer bookings and jobs from our property management contracts.

Compensation:

• 50% of each completed repair job (if completed within 48 hours).

• Potential earnings of up to $70,000 per year, based on job volume and performance.
