Key Responsibilities
- Perform appliance repairs and diagnostics for residential appliances, including dishwashers, ovens, refrigerators, and more.
- Train new technicians on proper repair techniques, customer service skills, and job efficiency.
- Supervise and support a team of appliance repair technicians, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to company standards.
- Handle complex or escalated repair jobs as the team expert.
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance to team members in the field.
- Maintain and manage an efficient workflow for your team, ensuring timely job completion.
- Represent the company professionally, fostering strong relationships with customers and team members.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in appliance repair (required).
- Leadership Skills: Experience training or supervising a team is preferred.
- Certifications: EPA Certification or other appliance repair-related certifications (preferred but not required).
- Technical Knowledge: Expertise in diagnosing and repairing a variety of appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers, and dryers.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation
- Commission-Based Pay:
- 50% of each repair job you complete.
