This is a hybrid position based in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
Director of Quality Assurance’s Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage and mentor a team of six QA professionals, fostering a culture of quality and collaboration.
- Develop and implement an automation strategy, reducing reliance on manual testing while improving efficiency and accuracy.
- Establish and refine QA best practices, ensuring consistency across all testing efforts.
- Oversee test data strategy to support automation and ensure reliable testing environments.
- Identify opportunities to enhance QA methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
Director of Quality Assurance’s Qualifications and Skills
- At least 10 years in a management or director-level QA role.
- Strong expertise in test automation, QA strategy, and process improvement.
- Experience leading teams and managing complex initiatives.
- Business-savvy mindset with the ability to align QA efforts with company goals.
