Our client is looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager who will lead two major technology implementation projects. The ideal candidate must be highly adaptable, capable of introducing best practices, and comfortable driving projects forward in a fast-moving, evolving environment. This is a hybrid position based in Fairfield County, CT.
Business Analyst’s Responsibilities and Duties
- Software Selection & Implementation – Oversee the selection, configuration, and deployment of a work order / asset management system to improve asset tracking and maintenance (e.g., power plants, mechanical and water systems). Assess current inefficiencies, identify the right solution, and lead implementation efforts.
- Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Implementation – Drive digital transformation on the production floor, automating backlog management, digitizing over 100 forms, tracking deployments, and leading user acceptance testing.
- Work cross-functionally with teams to define requirements, streamline workflows, and ensure seamless system adoption.
- Utilize MS DevOps for project tracking and execution.
