IT Project Manager’s Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Oversee infrastructure and DevOps projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients, managing communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and manage technology partner programs, including tracking certifications and ensuring compliance.
IT Project Manager’s Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a strong background in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Hands-on experience managing both infrastructure and DevOps projects.
- Strong knowledge of vendor programs and experience working with Cisco, Dell, NetApp, and Nutanix.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
